Type: Test
Row 2k for time
Then
Rest for exactly as long as it took you to row 2k
Then
Row 1k for time (Try to get less than half the amount of time it took you to row 2k)
Then
Rest for exactly as long as it took you to row 1k
Then
Row 500m (take whatever you can get)

Today's workout
Type: Strength
Work up to Back Squat 1RM
Then
8xPullup
8xGHD Situp
8xDip
8xKTE
Four rounds

Beginning Dante's training later today, interesting to see how that goes.
